(T-NR-E) The work generally consists of new cell construction, including subgrade excavation, composite liner installation, leachate collection system, groundwater underdrain collection system and connecting new cell composite liner to the adjacent cells liner for a continuous composite liner system with all construction meeting Title 11: Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, Part 4: Nonhazardous Solid Waste Management Regulations, Part 4, Chapter 1 Mississippi Commission on Environmental Quality Regulation Regarding Nonhazardous Solid Waste Management Regulations and accepted by the MS Dept. of Environmental Quality for use as a Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Unit.
